Bidding by Telephone or Proxy
If you cannot attend the auction, arrangements can be made for you to bid by telephone or proxy. This can only be done by completing the telephone / proxy authority bidding form that can be downloaded here.
We will require the completed form with separate cheques for 10% deposit (minimum £2,000, whichever is greater) and £470 Incl VAT contracts administration charge. Should you wish to exercise this option, the form must be returned to us at least 48 hours in advance of the auction sale.
